This is a profound local tradition that has been passed down through family generations for four generations. Together with expertly trained, beloved truffle dogs, you will learn how to read the forest, understand the soil, and experience the incredible thrill of unearthing seasonal truffles directly from the ground.

 2. Midday: The Art of Homemade Pasta & Lunch

After the excitement of the hunt, we will transform our fresh treasure into an extraordinary culinary memory. You will join an intimate, hands-on cooking experience where we will teach you how to prepare authentic homemade pasta from scratch. This is not a standard cooking school recipe; you will learn the traditional methods and secrets passed down through family tradition.

You will enjoy an exclusive, private tour of their beautiful estate and historical aging cellar, followed by a premium tasting of their Chianti Classico wines and artisanal extra virgin olive oil.
