 1. Morning: Panoramic Horseback Riding Through the Vineyards

Our morning begins at an intimate, scenic stable run by a passionate local family. After a warm welcome and a brief introduction to your gentle horse, we will set off on a breathtaking 1-hour horseback ride. Our route takes us along peaceful country paths, through lush vineyards and stunning natural landscapes, culminating in spectacular, unforgettable panoramic views of the medieval skyline of San Gimignano. (This experience is perfectly suitable for both beginners and experienced riders).

2. : The Magic of Medieval San Gimignano

Following our ride, we will drive to San Gimignano, the famous “Manhattan of the Middle Ages,” celebrated worldwide for its perfectly preserved medieval towers. You will enjoy dedicated free time to fully immerse yourself in the village at your own pace. You will have the opportunity to climb the historic towers for a bird’s-eye view of Tuscany, explore the vibrant artisan boutiques, and taste the world-renowned local specialties in the historic piazzas.

 3.  Exclusive Family-Run Cellar Visit & Complete Lunch

To conclude this spectacular day, we will head into the surrounding hills to visit an exclusive, family-run cellar. This specific estate has been carefully selected by me and my family, based on our personal connections and deep roots in the region, to ensure you experience a uniquely intimate, non-commercial side of Tuscany.

You will enjoy a private tour of the estate and its historic wine cellar, learning the secrets of production from the winemakers themselves. Afterward, we will sit down for a full, traditional Tuscan lunch, masterfully paired with a complete tasting of excellent local Chianti wines from the region.
